Description: Men Wide Braces Barbe Island
120 cm long and 35 mm wide, these braces are made up of burgundy-green cashmere elastic bands (77% polyester and 23% elastodiene) joined by a khaki leather insert (100% cowhide) stamped “Les Bretelles de Léon”. The Large ile barbe braces have stainless steel clips with a rubber reinforcement to avoid marking your clothes. You can wear your braces over all types of trousers without any constraint.
Ile Barbe is a small island in Lyon (France) on which some remains of the old monastery still stand. It's a place full of history and legends, including the ghost of a monk and other stories linked to the island's former residents.
Our model, Charly, is 1m82 tall and wears a size L Atelier Tuffery T-shirt and a size 46 pair of vintage Kiplay trousers!
Our advice:
- To choose your braces (standard, XL or XS), measure with a tape measure from the waistband at the front to the waistband at the back, passing through the shoulder.
- Remember to waterproof the leather of your braces.
